One Year Warranty
StyleLamps.com warrants that each new electronic control sensor inside your touch lamp shall, at the time of sale to the original retail purchaser, be free from manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials subject to the following conditions. This warranty is limited to repairing or replacing any unit which StyleLamps.com determines to be defective, provided such unit is received at the company's address with receipt or proof of purchase within 1 year after original date of purchase. Please return touch sensor in a padded envelope and include a note describing the problem along with your name, address and phone number.

StyleLamps.com does not warranty the lamp for defects caused by the consumer. This warranty also excludes wear, or damage to the lamp.

This warranty is void if the lamp has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or any other factors not due from the manufacture.

REPLACEMENT TOUCH SENSORS
To order a touch sensor, send request along with $8.00, plus $2.00 shipping and handling to:

INSTALLATION OF TOUCH SENSORS

1. Unplug the lamp. Remove the plastic bottom of the lamp with a butter knife.
2. Remove the old touch sensor, simply by cutting the wires.
3. Connect the new touch sensor according to the diagram pictured on the touch sensor package, with the wire nuts provided. Do not connect the new sensor the same way as the old sensor, follow the diagram exactly. Failure to follow the diagram exactly could result in the touch sensor shorting out (which is a safety feature). However, this is covered under the warranty, follow the instructions above for returning the sensor for a warranty replacement. Warranty is void if date on sensor is removed.
